Lyda Iturralde

Lyda Iturralde is the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Linscomb Wealth and is a member of its executive leadership team. Lyda is primarily responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of its compliance program focusing on the firm’s compliance and risk management practices as well as thoughtfully integrating compliance considerations into business initiatives, governance practices, and organizational decision-making. She also oversees the firm’s administrative operations, including office facilities and business administration team. Beyond her compliance and administrative responsibilities, Lyda plays a significant role in advancing LW’s leadership and advisor training program – The Fellowship – helping develop the next generation of wealth advisors through mentorship, education and leadership development.

Lyda has spent the majority of her career as a senior compliance executive and trusted partner with registered investment advisers. After over two decades in institutional money management, she transitioned to wealth management motivated by the desire to focus on building meaningful client relationships and helping individuals and families achieve their life goals.

Prior to joining Linscomb Wealth in 2021, Lyda was the Global Chief Compliance Officer at Russell Investments, and served as chief compliance officer for several of its affiliated registered investment advisors while overseeing the firm’s global compliance program. Earlier in her career, Lyda served as chief compliance officer for Aon Investments, Aviva Investors Americas, and Calamos Investments. Throughout these roles, she built and led teams responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing compliance programs across US and global operations.

Lyda earned a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois – Urbana/Champaign, and a MA in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University Chicago. Over the past several years, she and her husband have proudly called Houston, Texas their home, after spending most of her career in Chicago. Outside of work, Lyda is passionate about traveling and enjoys playing tennis, home renovation projects, and spending time with her two children
and dog.
