Marissa Amar is an Associate Wealth Advisor at Linscomb Wealth. She enjoys working with clients to design and implement personalized financial strategies. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and ensuring clients feel confident and supported as they navigate important financial decisions. Marissa graduated cum laude in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University with a minor in Financial Planning. Her journey with Linscomb Wealth began during an internship, which deepened her passion for a career in wealth management.

At Linscomb Wealth, Marissa is an active member of the firm’s Philanthropy Committee, where she helps lead and coordinate volunteer initiatives that strengthen community partnerships and advance the firm’s culture of service. She continues to deepen her professional expertise through participation in the Linscomb Fellowship and remains engaged with the Houston Financial Planning Association, reflecting her commitment to ongoing learning and industry involvement. Outside of her professional work, Marissa enjoys spending time with family, reading, and proudly supporting the Aggies.
